Business Situation:

Servion is a platform-led Systems Integrator that is focused on enhancing the customer experience by automating & integrating multiple customer interaction channels. KPMG is helping clients harness the power of Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Servion was facing challenges in streamlining the Travel and Expense module, tracking the expenses & travels status and conveying the information to the employees. Moreover, Servion required an efficient business system that could enable auto approval of cash advance, create a new workflow for ATP (Advance Ticket Price) and create Auto mail system.

SAT Solution:

  • SAT did the customization in EP i.e. Enterprise Portal for streamlining Travel and Expense Module. SAT helped the client with Automation for generating and approving the Cash Advance number for International Travels.
  • SAT helped the client with Travel and Expense management enabling them to track the money that employees are spending when they incur business expenses.
  • SAT facilitated the client in Booking & Submitting the intercompany expenses for the project against the travels.
  • SAT also enabled the client in Booking the expenses in sub project and passing the Project dimensions instead of Employee dimensions.
