The client was using excel based checklist and it has multiple drawbacks for maintaining, circulating the checklist, and carrying out the approvals. The client wanted to maintain a quarterly/monthly checklist application for finance and IT departments to ensure they adhere to the company policies.

The client wanted to have an automated solution to overcome all the aforementioned challenges.
